Renovated Townhouse in England

This 16th-century house in Essex was renovated by Elizabeth Lloyd-Day and her husband Carl and won the Best Townhouse category in Period Living Readers’ Awards 2010.
I have posted nearly 500 house tours on Inspiring Interiors but this is the first time I've seen an all pink kitchen. Quite unusual but I think it looks pretty, feminine and romantic. However, I can't imagine my husband and 5 sons feeling comfortable in it! Would you paint your kitchen pink? I'd love to know what you think!

  6. Kitchen is so pretty but I see what you mean about the boys, can't see the man of the house in it myself! Loved the pastel blue Aga though.

  7. The house is lovely and that's my favourite sort of pink on the walls of the kitchen...kind of a blush, really, which is very warm and inviting. I once used it in my bedroom on Cape Cod and it was the most restful colour, changing with the light. Sadly, I don't have that house anymore!

  8. Charming, light, with a certain 'simplicity' and very individual! Apart from the pink.... - but - chacun a son gout....

Greetings from the Périgord and best wishes for a sunny and Happy Easter,
